Sakura was born the second princess of Hoshido. Though she can be a little timid, her quiet resolve and compassion have soothed the spirits of the people of her war-torn land.

One day, Hoshido was attacked by its neighbor, the kingdom of Nohr. Sakura’s mother, Mikoto, was assassinated, and Sakura joined forces with her siblings to resist Nohr’s invasion.

After the war was won, her older brother Ryoma took the Hoshidan throne, and Sakura took on a new role helping him rule.

Sakura continued to give her all for Hoshido and her beloved siblings. They say that the sight of her at work was reminiscent of the late queen, Mikoto…
