He&#8217;s a member of House Friege, descendants of the crusader Thrud, and it&#8217;s kind of gone to his head.<\/dt>\r\n                <dd class=\"sec_dd\">\r\n                    <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.fire-emblem-heroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kempf_conniving_general_pop01.png\" class=\"popup-image\">\r\n                        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/guide.fire-emblem-heroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kempf_conniving_general_info01.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\r\n                    <\/a>\r\n                <\/dd>\r\n                <dt id=\"CHARA_162_010\" class=\"sec_dt\">He has a profound jealousy of Reinhardt, who, incidentally, is often called the second coming of Thrud. Unfortunately, this includes sending his allies to their deaths if it creates a chance to defeat his foes, and even ditching his allies and fleeing if it looks like he&#8217;ll lose. Yikes.<\/dt>\r\n                <dd class=\"sec_dd\">\r\n                    <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.fire-emblem-heroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kempf_conniving_general_pop03.png\" class=\"popup-image\">\r\n                        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/guide.fire-emblem-heroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kempf_conniving_general_info03.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\r\n                    <\/a>\r\n                <\/dd>\r\n                <dt id=\"CHARA_162_012\" class=\"sec_dt\">Okay, so there&#8217;s some room for improvement personality-wise here, and we might be stretching the definition of &#8220;Hero&#8221; a little, but I still think that Kempf can put his calculating mind to good use and help the Order of Heroes\u2014ideally, without sacrificing anyone in the name of strategy!<\/dt>\r\n                <dd class=\"sec_dd\">\r\n                    <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.fire-emblem-heroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kempf_conniving_general_pop04.png\" class=\"popup-image\">\r\n                        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/guide.fire-emblem-heroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kempf_conniving_general_info04.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\r\n                    <\/a>\r\n                <\/dd>\r\n            <\/dl>\r\n            <h3 id=\"CHARA_162_013\" class=\"sec_h3charatxt\">Closely Associated Characters<\/h3>\r\n            <h4 id=\"CHARA_162_014\" class=\"sec_h4charatxt\">Olwen<\/h4>\r\n            <p id=\"CHARA_162_015\" class=\"sec_charatxt\">A mage knight in Friege&#8217;s army. Her ideals sometimes put her in opposition with her beloved brother, Reinhardt. Kempf&#8217;s envy of Reinhardt is such that he can&#8217;t stand the sight of her.<\/p>\r\n            <h4 id=\"CHARA_162_016\" class=\"sec_h4charatxt\">Reinhardt<\/h4>\r\n            <p id=\"CHARA_162_017\" class=\"sec_charatxt\">Formidable and admired mage knight in Friege&#8217;s army. Ever ready to lend an ear to his younger sister, Olwen.
