This is Hawkeye, the guardian of a secret village hidden deep in Elibe’s Nabata Desert. He’s invited the Order of Heroes to come visit for the Nabata festival!

I must say, his physique looks all the more impressive dressed up in traditional Nabata attire! And speaking of which, that large shield he’s carrying on his back is another example of fine Nabata craftsmanship!

Aside from the shield, Hawkeye has equipped himself with a heavy spear for the festival, also decorated in the Nabata style. It really radiates power!
