Lucia is a swordswoman from Crimea, a kingdom of the continent of Tellius. She’s childhood friends with Elincia, her queen, whom she has protected since Elincia was a princess.

When unrest broke out in Crimea, Lucia was taken captive by the rebels. They used her as a hostage to threaten Elincia, demanding that she free their leader!

However, Elincia would not give in to the rebels’ demands. In response, they tried to execute Lucia! Fortunately, she was saved by the Greil Mercenaries, who had been hired by Bastian to save her!

After she was freed, Lucia didn’t resent Elincia for her refusal to deal with the rebels—in fact, she praised Elincia’s resolve! Her unbreakable faith in her queen is so inspiring!
