Rhea was the archbishop of the Church of Seiros and enjoyed the overwhelming support of the people of Fódlan. But her true identity is the Immaculate One, a child of the progenitor goddess.

In the past, Rhea was known as Saint Seiros and defeated Nemesis, the King of Liberation. For many years afterward, Fódlan had peace and order under the Church of Seiros’s power and influence.

Hiding the fact that she herself was Seiros, Rhea shepherded the people in her role as archbishop. However, after the Adrestian Empire declared war on the church, Rhea was taken prisoner.

Rhea was freed when the Adrestian Empire was defeated—and then, having done what she had to do, she disappeared from the pages of history.
