Lumera is the Divine Dragon Monarch who ruled over Elyos, home to people and dragons alike, for thousands of years.

Long ago, Elyos was on the verge of destruction at the hands of the Fell Dragon, Sombron. Aided by the Emblems, Heroes from other worlds, Lumera managed to protect her world from this disastrous fate.

However, her child Alear was gravely wounded during the battle, and fell into a deep slumber. For the next thousand years, Lumera watched over both Alear and Elyos.

When Alear finally awoke, Lumera was fatally ambushed by servants of Sombron—but she remained with Alear in spirit.
