Panne is a member of the taguel race, and she can use Beaststones to transform into a beast!

Her ears might give it away, but Panne can transform into a rabbit. When she’s in her beast form, she’s faster than lightning!

Apparently, her distant ancestors owed the First Exalt of Ylisse a great debt of gratitude, and that’s how Panne came to join Chrom in his struggle.

Panne is the last survivor of the taguel. I’m sure the others would have been proud of her—she’s so nimble and talented, there’s no keeping up with her!
