Lyon is the prince of Grado, an empire on the continent of Magvel. He was once a studious young man who loved peace, but one day, he suddenly changed unrecognizably, and plunged the whole continent into war.

He had been researching the Sacred Stone kept in Grado and hoped to use its powers to help people—but instead, he fell under the influence of the Demon King sealed within the stone.

Possessed by the Demon King, Lyon plotted to destroy the Sacred Stones kept in the other countries of Magvel. Grado began to invade its neighbors, and Lyon ended up fighting his erstwhile friends Ephraim and Eirika…
