Sephiran is the prime minister of the Begnion Empire and formerly the leader of its senate. And today, he’s blessing us with his presence for the eve of the winter festival!

With his dignified, flowing robes, he’s every inch the festival saint. I love how those stately greens contrast with the red parts of his outfit!

His staff also has a basket for carrying presents in. I wonder if there’s a present for Sanaki hiding in there?

Sephiran’s winter festival look really puts me at ease. I have to admit that I got a little carried away with the festivities, but sometimes it’s nice to take a moment to unwind and enjoy the festival’s quieter moments too!
