The Garreg Mach Monastery is located in central Fódlan. It’s the heart of the church founded by Saint Seiros, and every day, countless people work together to keep it going—including the humble gatekeeper!

The gatekeeper stands at the main entrance to the monastery, keeping an eye out for trouble. It must be hard work just standing there all day, but he’s proud to be entrusted with such an important duty!

He’s friendly and cheerful as well. People often see him greeting visitors who come to the monastery and even chatting with them sometimes. In fact, I hear he’s practically an institution in the eyes of people living at the monastery.

And so the gatekeeper carries out his duty with pride, watching over not only the monastery, but also the happiness and well-being of those who make it their home. Oh, and he’s even left a message for me to pass on to you: “Greetings, summoner! Nothing to report!”
